The restaurant is the brainchild of two prominent figures in the Sydney Japanese culinary community. Co-owner Yuki Ishikawa (Jazushi Surry Hills, Ichoume Darling Harbour) brings his extensive knowledge of wines and cocktails, curating an exceptional beverage selection to complement each unique dish.
